The front and side parlors still maintain their rich architecture with original wood floors, hand crafted woodwork, open staircase with stained glass windows, two sets of pocket doors.

The original Pewabic tiled/cast iron fireplace
is one of a kind.

The beautifully restored formal dining room, with its original built-in china cabinet, holds the Innkeeper's original set of her grandmother's dishes, Johnson Brothers “Old Britain Castles”.

The formal Dining Room is an elegant return to the days of gathering the large family for the mid-day & evening meals & is the perfect setting for your full course breakfast.

There are two stained glass windows that are original to when the home was built. One at the bottom of the stairway and one at the top.

I added two cherub light fixtures to the staircase.

The entire entrance hallway and staircase are original to the home with ornate woodwork and oak parquet flooring.
